On Friday, April 14th, 2023, the Mayor’s Council of Guam hosted government officials from the city of Parañaque, Philippines in an event signing a sister-city MOU at the Inalåhan Mayor’s Office. This certificate recognizes the various dignitaries of the delegation for their commitment to the people of Guam and the Philippines by establishing a sister-city relationship between the city of Parañaque and the municipalities of Barrigada, Santa Rita-Sumay, Hågat, Inalåhan, Humåtak, and Yona.
